① This instrument is suitable for measuring the apparent viscosity of engine oils with viscosities ranging from 900 to 25,000 mPa•s, under conditions of shear stress of approximately 50,000 to 100,000 Pa and shear rates of 105 to 104 S-1, within a temperature range of -10 to -35°C.
② The instrument is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) and integrates automatic sample injection, temperature control, detection, calculation, storage, and printing, offering a high level of automation.
③ Equipped with a 10-inch color LCD touchscreen, displaying various parameters and operational status intuitively. Including a self-diagnostic function for faults.
④ The instrument uses semiconductor refrigeration, offering rapid cooling, high temperature control accuracy, efficient testing, precise results, and excellent repeatability.
⑤ The 10 channel automatic sample injection system enables automated measurement of 10 samples at once. Optional automatic sample injection systems are available for 1, 10, or 30 channels, based on user requirements.
⑥ The patented shaft positioning system ensures a stable instrument structure, with current stability maintained over time.
⑦ No solvent cleaning is required.
⑧ Software and interface for connecting to the LIMS system can be configured according to user requirements.
