Dalian Intelligent Instrument and Meter Co., Ltd.(formerly DaLian Intelligent Instruments Factory), established in 1988, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of oil test instruments. It is a first-tier supplier to the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and a member of the material resource market of Sinopec Group. It is also an admitted supplier to the China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited (CNAF) and a contracted unit for material purchase and sales agreement with PetroChina Fuel Oil Company Limited. Furthermore, it is a member of the National Petroleum Products and Lubricants Standardization Technical Committee. The company is one of the largest manufacturers of petroleum test instruments in China.
